The spring semester in Buenos Aires is a 5 month college credit program which runs from February through June. The spring semester is an intensive dance and Spanish program geared towards college aged students. Students will leave this course with a conversational understanding of Spanish, and will participate in an intensive dance curriculum which will improve their dance technique and artistry. A semester in Argentina will give students the opportunity to embrace and understand the culture of Argentina and gain the experience of actually living in a foreign country. College credits are issued through the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and the National University for the Arts (UNA). Students will attend an intensive Spanish course through the UBA and will have a full schedule of dance classes through the UNA. Extra classes and enrichment classes will be taught by DanceAbroad instructors at the DanceAbroad studio. Housing will be provided in shared student housing.
